Utah: Don't over-do it. Would be bad to aggravate it by trying to do too much too soon. Been there, done that. Ended up 8 extra weeks with a cast on my hand years back because I went back to work 2 weeks too soon.
I'm not. Once the swelling went down and I got into see a Specialist, the prognosis on the knee got much better. The breaks just have to heal and then later down the road an MCL clean up.

I remember what it was like down on the Gulf right before Erin hit (the little one, '96?, not the big one Aaron). Was absolutely beautiful all the way up until a couple of hours before it made landfall. Was almost eerie.
